Stress isn't all bad, and it is necessary for survival. It can protect us from danger and prepare us to fight or flee. Once the danger is gone the stress levels go down and everything is back to normal again. Stress becomes a problem when it runs in the background and doesn't stop. Chronic stress is quite common in today's busy and hectic world with so much to juggle in day-to-day lives.
In this pre-recorded workshop we dive deep into managing stress. We go over a workbook which provides a structured approach to understanding and managing stress through self-reflection and practical exercises. We cover key exercises that will help you identify your personal signs of stress, assess your stress level, and build long-term, healthy coping mechanisms.
